  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat.
  2. Add the edamame and boil for 8 minutes.
  3. Drain in a colander and pat them dry.
  4. Place the cooked edamame in a bowl; add the salt, coriander, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cayenne, if using.
  5. Toss well and enjoy!

  • Feel free to use a microwavable package.
  • Add more of less spice based on your preference
