WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE:
This easy to make 17 day diet yogurt cheese dip can be enjoyed as a tangy snack with vegetables or in Cycles 2-4 as a topping for baked potatoes. It’s completely fat-free and tastes just like sour cream!
What we really like is that you can make this a savory or a sweet dip. You can add savory ingredients like garlic and onions and serve with your favorite veggies. If you are craving something sweet just mix in some fresh fruit or even your favorite sugar-free fruit spread.

- 1 32-ounce container fat-free Greek yogurt
- Your favorite spice combination
Ingredients

- Line a strainer with a coffee filter or clean white kitchen towel. Place the strainer over a bowl to catch the liquid.
- Spoon in the 32 ounces of fat-free plain Greek yogurt.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Mix in your favorite spices for a tangy dip for vegetables or as a topping for your favorite dish.
Substitutions/Tips:
*Mix in some finely chopped onions, chives, or fresh herbs.
*Some good spices to use include: dill, garlic, italian seasoning or cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy).
*Serve with a bit of olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and fresh basil for a more savory option.
*Mix in your favorite sugar-free jam or jelly or fresh fruit for a sweeter taste.
